I will start posting more regularly but right now we have some names to put in lights and catch up. With a few of the weeks full of “What happened?” “Is there an injury I didn’t know about?” and “I was going to go with so and so…” We had a few people saying “I GOT THIS!” WEEK 5 How many Chargers fans does it take to change a light bulb? None they are happy living in the Steelers shadow! Big wins this week, with everyone ranging from 6 to 12 wins, Wiley Cayotte came out on top with 12 wins out of a possible 14 games! Great job Bill! Following close behind and tying for 2nd with 11 wins each were the Sports Guy, Sarah the Destroyer, MeNScooby Jeff and Pat’s #1 Fan Maureen. WEEK 6 What is the difference between a Giants fan and a baby? The baby will stop whining after awhile. Another big win week for some of us. With the Falcons losing to the Saints and the Cardinals falling to the Steelers, this set up our winner, Auntie Jackie’s Pink Pony for the top prize…with Wiley Cayotte dad following with a very close second. Tb12 Matt wasn’t far behind with 10 wins to secure the 3rd spot. WEEK 7 How do you keep an Baltimore Ravens out of your yard? Put up goal posts! The week of the upsets…That’s what week 7 had in store for the Stepping Stones Pigskin Pick’em gang! We ALL thought the Rams would beat the Bears…NOPE! And then we have the Lions overtaking Green Bay? What is this nonsense?Even with all of this going on, Michael M took the whole enchilada with 11 wins! Following close behind with 10 wins each were Sarah the Destroyer, Pats #1 Fan Maureen, Jeanne, Seattle Calvin, Grandma on a Mission and Chris M. WEEK 8 What’s the best way to teach your dog to roll over and play dead? Have him watch a couple Indianapolis Colts games! She’s back!!!! Grandma on a Mission took the week! And what an exciting week it was!! Going into Monday night’s game, Panthers vs Colts, we had a 5 way tie, and with 4 picking the Panthers and Chris Ayotte1 picking the Colts, it was a nail biter. A win for the Panthers of 29-26 over the Colts, it was going to come down to the tie breaking score predictions…Grandma on a Mission came out on top with her prediction of 31-21, followed by Sarah the Destroyer (24-21), TB12 (24-21), ESPN Stephanie (forgot that!) WEEK 9 What is a Washington Redskins fan’s favorite whine? “We can’t beat the Patriots!” Well, with the unanimous bets going to the Chargers and the Saints, and losing, it kept everyone on an even keel. It’s those other games that separated the winners from the losers this week. Going into Monday night’s game, Jeanne and Chris Ayotte1 both had 9 wins, but because the Chargers lost and that was their pick, it comes out to a tie for this weeks win! Following closely behind was Pat’s #1 Fan Maureen, Michael M, Sarah the Destroyer, Johnman 1956, Grandma on a Mission, Alyssa, CMedeiros and ESPN Stephanie. WEEK 10 What’s the difference between the Cincinnati Bengals and a dollar bill? You can still get four quarters out of a dollar bill! With 7 wins, TB12 took this week, probably because he went against the field and chose the Dolphins and Cardinals! Well played Matt! Inched out by one game, was Pat’s #1 Fan Maureen and Chris Ayotte1 with 6 wins each. Not far behind with 5 wins each were Michael M, Awesome Uncle Michael, CMedeiros and Alyssa.
