PigSkin Pick’em is in Full Swing!!

So I’m a little late with the PigSkin Pick’em stats write up…but you know what they say?

To start things off we had a sweep by the Senior Division in week one; Wiley Cayotte taking first place with 13 wins, followed closely by Grandma on a Mission with 12 wins.

In week two, we all were witness to phenomenon..We’ve heard of them and heard they happen in other football pools, but never actually saw it first hand. Uncle Steve, aka “Sports Guy” took the week’s win with 11 games, with TB12 Matt, Michael, Grandma on a mission, Auntie Jackie’s Pink Pony and MenScooby1 respectfully trailing behind with 8 wins each.

Then there is week 3…

First of all, quite a few of us were lucky enough to witness in person, Tom Brady, #12, throw his 400th career TD pass @ Gillette Stadium. It was an awesome game with the Pats stomping the Jaguars 51-17. Thanks Mike and Jackie for a great Family filled day…it was absolutely awesome and much appreciated!

Week three we had 7 players vying for this week’s win by Monday nights game! It came down to the tie breaking score. Green Bay Packers 35 vs Kansas City Chiefs 28…Sarah the Destroyer, Uncle Awesome Michael and Jeanne all had the exact same tie breaking score of 35-24 making this a win-win-win week.

Week 4 had us witness to yet another phenomenon…The “Sports Guy”, as he is commonly referred to among the football betting circles, took the win yet again with 13 wins, and now tied Grandma on a Mission for overall games won.

There’s still plenty of more weeks left (12 actually) so it is much too early to predict the Pigskin Pick’em winners…still anyone’s game. So get those picks in!!!

So I guess this years motto is now, Expect the Unexpected!
