Beacon wins People’s Choice Award!

Congratulations to Alyssa and her SADD Club from Beacon Charter HS for winning the People’s Choice Award @ Mocktail ‘18 among many other schools here in RI. Very proud of this group of kids! They honored their victim by setting up a display, telling her story and serving a “Mocktail” based on her interests. Very lucky their victim, Kyra (pictured in the middle) survived and was able to attend. Jeff and I also wanted to personally thank Miss Leeming and Miss Roy for all of their time and hard work.. the kids couldn’t have done any of this without you! ☺️

Alyssa is Co-President of her SADD Club and we are extremely proud of her dedication and devotion to SADD over the last 4 years. ❤️
